Enact intergenerational programme

A pinhole and 35mm photography project running from May to September 2026, bringing Enact's community together across generations — juniors, young leaders, families and volunteers.

It follows the success of the Arts Award with Enact's Senior Young Leaders, and makes use of the new darkroom established at Enact in 2025. Participants build pinhole cameras from recycled cans, take and develop their own photographs, and learn 35mm film and digital scanning along the way.

We unveiled our special final artwork at the Summer Community Connect on 21st July, celebrating everyone's achievement and collaboration, with certificates and prints to take home.
